On May 18, 2024, the launch of Dalami Forensik was successfully conducted via Zoom. This virtual event brought together participants from various countries, including Indonesia as the virtual host, as well as representatives from Nepal, Madagascar, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Brazil, Gambia, and several others. The international presence highlighted the global interest and the widespread anticipation for this innovative initiative in forensic science.The event was expertly moderated by Miss Puja Maskey, M.Sc., whose enthusiasm and professionalism set a welcoming tone for all attendees. Miss Maskey’s opening remarks reflected her excitement about the launch and her dedication to fostering an engaging and informative environment for participants from diverse backgrounds.

In her opening address, Miss Ruth Floren A.S. Berutu, S.Psi., M.Sc., conveyed the profound gratitude of the Dalami Forensik team for the support received from the global community. She emphasised, "Your support is the key to our success. We are deeply grateful for your belief in our vision and for being a part of this journey with us." Miss Berutu continued by stating, "Today marks a significant milestone, and we are thrilled to share it with you. Now, I'd like to take a moment to introduce what Dalami Forensik is all about. We will delve into our background, our vision, and our mission, laying out the foundation of our commitment to advancing forensic science." She provided an in-depth overview of the history of Dalami Forensik, detailing the motivations behind its creation and the objectives it aims to achieve. The vision and mission statements highlighted the organisation's dedication to pushing the boundaries of forensic science through innovation, education, and collaboration.

Following the opening remarks, the keynote presentation was delivered by Mr. Muntawakilu Amadu, M.Sc., Head of the Forensic Science Department at Dalami Forensik. His presentation, titled "Fundamentals to Forensic Science," captivated the audience with its insightful content and thorough exploration of the field. Mr. Amadu's expertise and engaging delivery sparked significant interest among the participants, particularly those from Indonesia, who were eager to delve deeper into forensic science.

The launch event also served as a platform to announce Dalami Forensik’s upcoming initiatives aimed at enriching the academic and professional landscape of forensic science. These initiatives include a series of webinars and short courses designed to make advanced knowledge in forensic science, cybersecurity, neuropsychology, and psychology accessible to academics, students, and researchers worldwide. By providing these educational opportunities, Dalami Forensik aims to foster a global community of learners and professionals dedicated to the continuous advancement of these fields. Throughout the event, participants had the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussions, further enhancing the interactive and collaborative nature of the launch. The event concluded with heartfelt closing remarks from the moderator, Miss Puja Maskey, who thanked all attendees for their participation and support.
